Got my hair magic straightened here and the old man ended up frying my hair off. My scalp has a bald spot where he did the most damage because he left me baking under the heater while he cut three different clients' hair. It's either that or he burned it off with the straighter It was supposed to be a 4 hour appointment, but he somehow made it 5 hours because he was doing a bunch of menial tasks (when there were other workers sitting at the front doing nothing). Anna delivered great customer service. My son has autism and Anna is always helping me with my son’s haircut. She is knowledgeable and she is very respectful. K Hair Salon is autism friendly environment and great hairstylist.

I am usually very easy person. As long as it’s layer, i will be fine. When i came i show him the picture that i wish my hair to look like. As i observed him through the mirror, the way he use the tools, i dont think he knows what he is doing. If he told me upfront that he couldn’t do it, i will just walk out. My hair came out nothing look like the picture, plus one side is longer than other side and more layer. He didn’t even cut the front hair to the point i had to remind him. Very disappointed.

Absolutely love my curl perm! The stylist Grace was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. My curls came out beautiful and perfectly shaped. The whole experience was relaxing and I highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a hair stylist.
