Horrible. The guy is very rude and did a bad hair cut. When I ask to fix one side shorter than t other he told me he has costumers waiting and no time
Ken is not just a barber, he is a hair artist . You got to visit this place to see what I mean by this.
Such a bad customer experience, he doesn’t know how to talk to kids, my Son felt so humiliated the way he was talking and scolding to him. I ignored his behaviour during the visit couple of times then i had to step up and stop him (Ken the worst guy in business) to demotivate my Son. It’s such an unhygienic place and I will not recommend it at all to anyone in the town. This kind of people with their bad mindset should not run their business in our beautiful town Coppell.

waited for 30min even with appointment the guy doesn't listen to what I say. He cuts hair the way he likes it. now it is too short and unfixable. every time I look at myself in the mirror I regret not listening to the other reviews. 2 stars just because he was polite.
