K&N Heating and air installed a 4ton heat pump with new coil and air handler at my home 5 years ago. They failed to give me the warranty documentation nor did they take the steps to warranty the install themselves. the system failed in August 2025 and they quoted me 6k to repair it or another 8-9k to replace it all again. I called around and found someone to replace it for nearly half the price. Avoid this business at all costs.
