We had a customer who refused to pay for services rendered and we were referred to K Gordon & Assoc. by another franchisee. 3 months ago, I filled out their rate agreement and sent all information on the customer, the services rendered and our attempts to collect the debt to their representative. I have sent several emails to him asking for feedback and never once got a reply. Total waste of my time.
