Showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with my van and repaired it at a cost that was more than reasonable. As he’s a mobile mechanic I saved a ton of money not having to tow my van to a shop. Highly recommended.
Recently asked for Ken to come over to help me out with finishing up a repair I had run out of time to do. After rescheduling once due to weather (which I understand and is reasonable enough), he arrived without the tools required and needed to come back later that week. That morning, he called to reschedule to later in the day. Once he arrived, he worked at the stuck ball joint for 10 or 15 minutes but was unable to make any progress.
