After calling and telling Ken I believed I had a vacuum leak, and would appreciate someone with experience and proper tools to identify the issue, he showed up and said oh you need proper tools for that (that he didn't have), and of course demanded $100. I can't believe he's still in business, it's clear that he's just interested in extracting money from people and not actually fixing issues. Showed up on time, diagnosed the issue with my van and repaired it at a cost that was more than reasonable. As he’s a mobile mechanic I saved a ton of money not having to tow my van to a shop. Highly recommended.
Recently asked for Ken to come over to help me out with finishing up a repair I had run out of time to do. After rescheduling once due to weather (which I understand and is reasonable enough), he arrived without the tools required and needed to come back later that week. That morning, he called to reschedule to later in the day. Once he arrived, he worked at the stuck ball joint for 10 or 15 minutes but was unable to make any progress.
