I took my truck in for an oil change and while checking the transmission fluid they broke the dip stick tube. So they made a temporary fix until they got a new one. I took them over 2 hours to repair and cost me another $115 on top of the $135 oil change. They are the highest priced and lowest quality garage in the Bitterroot valley. I would not recommend them to anyone!
Came in today for a oil change. Super nice gentleman got my car right in and was done within 20 mins. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Thank you all for being so kind and getting my car taking care of.
They put the wrong filter on my girlfriends car and because their system didn’t reflect that and I can’t prove they were the ones who put it on (don’t have any reason or need to screw them over I’m doing exceptionally well financially) they refused to accept accountability. So if you go here I highly recommend checking your filter type and drain plug is tight before pulling off the lot. Google wouldn’t let me give them a zero star. They didn’t tighten my oil filter or drain plug. I don’t believe they even used the proper oil filter and put red plastic stuff on my bolt. I had to perform another oil change a month early myself after noticing a burning smell and excessive oil in my driveway. Sure enough drained my oil and it had maybe a quart. Went down there and tried to talk to them about it and they just told us we can’t prove they messed up.
