Unprofessional and unhelpful. These people have never had negative consequences for being bad at their jobs
Don't use these guys if you are a woman. Just got home and listened as my wife relayed the half hour high pressure sales pitch she got while just trying to get a quick oil change. She will never use them again. BTW- their prices are high for the oil change.
