I was a regular at K. Flories for several years, but recently she has allowed customer service to seriously deteriorate. Her employees close the store early, essentially whenever they feel like it, and are quite rude. When she is there, it is still a good experience. However, if she is gone, which is often, be prepared for the sense that they are doing you a favor by sitting behind the desk and gossiping.
