K family kitchen is one of my favorite spots for weekend breakfast or brunch, the food is great and has been since I've been coming here some 15 years now, prices are awesome and I've always had great service, decor wise I wouldn't say its "modern" but I love that it really feels like a ma and pa resturant and I think that's great !
I really enjoyed the burger I got, really delicious! But they gave the wrong salad and it was put in with my burger and made the bottom half of my burger real soggy. Most places you order from put the salad in a different container. I would prefer the salad with dressing on the side if you were putting it all in one container. We live on the opposite end of th city and ordered on skip the dishes so I really didn't enjoy getting a soggy burger but it still tasted good.
