Fantastic company! I have some shutters that came with my current house. The rope broke on one set and after trying to contact another company with no response, I called here. Jeff was super helpful and told me to come pick up the part. After I wasn’t able to fix it on my own, Jeff offered further suggestions but I decided to have a technician come out to fix it. Jeff kept me in the loop as to when they could come by. Once these shutters need replacing, I will definitely be coming back to K&F.
Awesome service, product, pricing, and support! We've had two roller shutters installed at our place and are very happy with the installs. The team at K&F are professional, prompt, clean workmanship, and the owner Cam is awesome to deal with. Very reasonable pricing as well.
