I am a bookkeeper who took over a client that came from here. Karen not only severely messed up his books, but illegally elected him as an s-corp for tax filing for the past 4 years. She has also falsified tax exemptions & reported the wrong income to DOR and IRS. I cannot believe my client has not been audited yet. He is a very old-school and sweet guy who has trusted someone to handle the aspects of the business and does not deserve to be treated this way. I pray he doesn't loose everything because of this.
