I had driven from Whangarei and was 10 minutes from my Hamilton destination when I ran over something on the road (?) within minutes I knew I had a flat tyre, so pulled into a driveway and right next door was K Drive. As an older woman traveling by myself I was so relieved to have such prompt and helpful service available. They ordered a new tyre, helped unload my boot full of stuff, to get to the space saver, then reloaded it all. Doesn’t deserve a single star! They’re alway busy, good for the them, not for people with busy schedules. You have to work around their schedule, not yours. Don’t get them to get tyres in for you toward the end of the month, because they will make you wait until the new month. Yet again good for them, not for you.
