The crew that was sent to install my 14 windows were absolutely amazing! They were kind, personable & accommodating! I had 3 dogs here the first day & they took my suggestion on what windows to do first in order to cause the least disruption for me & the dogs. They did a great job cleaning up each day they were here. I did provide them with cookies, banana muffins, water & even a cold beverage at the end of each day which they all deserved. A job that was supposed to take 5 days ended up taking 10 (so far), and the experience was extremely disappointing.The owner's communication skills are terrible. When I finally received a response, it was through text instead of a phone call after I had been trying to reach him. The workers also did not communicate with me at all. They seemed to come and go as they pleased without letting me know when they were leaving or returning to finish the job.They removed my doors, and now they don't close properly. Excellent group of guys!!
We had DeWall construction do several projects for us. They replaced all of our windows and interior doors. They replaced our storm door. They also removed a built-in bookcase and replaced it with a custom made bench with storage. They do quality work. They are top notch with communication. They completed all of the work in the planned timeline. Every person who came out was respectful and great to work with. We highly recommend them for your home improvement needs. We will use them again in the future.
