Someone else had made mention about both parties needing to be present for the siding presentation even though one spouse was the decision maker for this. This was also our first hassle but we worked through it. Then we dealt with an insane amount of calls from the corporate call center. They made we to black their number and forget their name. The guy that come to talk about the remodeling of my bathroom took upon himself to go ahead with the work when I specifically told him I wasn't going to pay 10%on a loan I repeatedly told him no I won't do it a couple of weeks later he come back and told me that they will fine me 5,000 if I don't agree with that so I told him ok do it they charge me 18,000 just to put a bathtub and shower and in top of that they didn't even finish the job they leave outside wall Unfinished to bad i can't put pictures of it super over charge

I recently had my shower redone, and the crew they sent was wonderful. They were easy to work with, experienced, and timely. I highly recommend this company.

Worse windows ever. They rattle in the wind, snow builds up between the windows and screens. Road noise is worse than what we had. I hate these windows
