After the soap was applied nothing was actually washing anything. When I t was gone I was trying to dry my windows and the paper towels were very dirty same thing on cat. I got the 14.00 car wash it seemed to be a waste of money. I think someone needs to work on the car wash mechanicly thank you car not cat. I think they should give a refund. I called them I think answering service was on. When I finally got thru a man answered but he kept saying hello hello and that was it.???

I come to this car wash routinely and always have a great experience. Two different times, the automatic car wash garage needed reset, and Brad took care of it right away. A contact number is clearly posted, so any problem that might occur is easily and quickly resolved. Brad even refunded my money for my wait. Highly recommend coming here!
