Never responded to an urgent call
Walked in and all washers (that worked) were full of laundry. Dryers were the same. Piles of laundry were laying all over. What a dump. We left.
The owner was punctual and professional. His price was the best around, and he guaranteed his work.
Wow! K&D has a new owner for the last two years, and he's a professional. Apparently Dana has purchased the business and is starting anew. I'd use K&D in the past, and was okay with their business, but they needed some assistance. Their shop was a working shop, and not anything to write home about.
