I forgot his name . He cut my 16-year-old son’s hair last week and trimmed it 1 inch shorter than instructed. When my son came back home, he was so upset that he didn’t talk to me for a couple of days because I had insisted he go there, saying the stylist was good. Today, when I went there to get my own hair cut and mentioned this incident to the same guy, he responded in such a careless and unprofessional manner that I left his store immediately without getting my hair cut. I’ve decided never to visit his salon again.”
