I required help with my boiler. Mr Khan was very responsive and attended on time. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had after he performed the service. I have used him for two years and will continue doing so moving forward as he gave me tips on how to deal with my boilers warranty.

We recently had issues with our central heating system, KD and his colleague Iqbal designed a substantial set of upgrades to modernise our central heating system (new boiler, heating pump, filter, motorised valves, nest thermostat) and provided a competitive quote. Did he get the job done? Yes. Did he get it done quick? Yes. ⏰️ Was I desperate and paid a lot for it? Yes. Were his customer service skills a bit lacking? Yes. 🤔 Atleast I now have a working toilet
