Couldn't recommend this company enough. Our lettings agent contacted K & D Heating to help with our sink plumbing as we were unable to plumb both the washing machine and dishwasher in. Ian came out, and was fantastic. He went away, and got the parts needed and came back to complete the work same day. He was very professional and friendly. I'd thoroughly recommend this company to anyone!
Engineer came to check no hot water issue. Said wiring was wrong (no issues with water for 2 yrs!) Then said "I'm not a Google Nest trained engineer" (knew beforehand I had a Nest). Charged me £78 literally to say contact Google support!
I needed a new tap for my kitchen sink and I spoke to Mark, and he advised me what tap would be suitable as I was not sure what one would be, this really helped me. Ian came out and fitted my tap and he was friendly and polite and done an amazing job. Customer service was amazing, cleaned up after himself and went over and above to help me. I was charged a very reasonable price and was really pleased. If I need any work doing, I will be using them again and will recommend them to friends and family.
