We had a great experience here. Ken was very responsive. Our repairs were done in record time. We highly recommend them!
Such a wonderful all-around service. From start to installation we could not have been more pleased. Lisa and Ken worked with us to find the right shutters for the entire house. Went way above and beyond to measure, order, and install the absolute perfect solution for each window. Excellent, would not hesitate to recommend to friend / family.
I paid for 4 rooms of valances. I was hospitalized for some time. After returning all of them as they were the wrong length. Previously purchasing shutters for my whole house I thought they would refund my purchase immediately. Nope.
Horrible service. Horrible experience. Lesson learned.
Wonderful service until you have a problem. I have placed a call to the Falmouth store every week since August to set up a service call. Each time I have been told they will call me back. I continue to wait for a call back. Frustrated in a Falmouth.
