Used the wash last night. They had to stop the wash due to the guy in front of me not being in neutral. That part is fine. In the wash, though, the guy in front of me was braking. Through the soap I could see it, and do nothing. Nobody working there was paying attention. This resulted in at least 3 cars piling up and hitting each other in the wash. 100% the wash’s responsibility due to negligence as they have cameras and the power to stop the wash. This location NEVER disappoints!! I’m extremely particular where I go when not getting my car detailed and this is by far the best around! The staff is always friendly and equipment will maintained. Thanks guys for all you do…..
