Eric & Dante went above & beyond to make our heater work during this brutal single digit weather. Diagnosing the issues is one after the another but they were able to make it happen. Their company is really prompt, very professional and very fair pricing. Eric is even available after business hours to answer technical issues. You will rarely get this type of pros.
Terry and Eric were great. They have the expertise and experience. They were always on time and provided regular updates.
Can't say enough good things by about this company. They were referred to us by friends, but we continue to rely on them because of our experiences. I cannot say enough great things about K. Cooling and Heating and their technician, Eric K. I came home from work to a freezing house with a major snowstorm approaching that was expected to dump over a foot of snow. With an older boiler and rusted parts, I was extremely worried this would turn into a long, expensive ordeal.
