K Construction did an amazing job renovating my bathroom! The team worked quickly and efficiently and the results are fantastic. They were always prompt in responding to messages and happy to accommodate any requests — nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend their services!
BEWARE - PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK VERY dodgy builder, Khalid M. does not keep his word, tells you what you want to hear and that your project will cost a certain fixed price and will provide you a quote based off your final IFC approved drawings provided to him but once I provided him with the money for the deposit as per his request to get the ball rolling, he increased the final price substantially (ie quote price and contract price didn’t align at all, nearly 30-40% discrepancy). Had a full bathroom & toilet Reno recently. Cost was competitive. Extremely happy with preparation, and attention to detail was excellent. Would recommend !
