We contacted K Construction for a free estimate after our home inspection flagged a floor joist that had been cut into and might be compromised. We met with K Construction to discuss building a home. In the end we decided to do remodels to our current home instead. They were extremely patient with us during this process. Our wants, needs, questions and ideas were all laid on the table and discussed. Customer satisfaction is their number one goal. They were very very professional. We had a very poor experience using K Construction. The list of issues is quite long, but highlighted by refusing to acknowledge our request for shelves in our master shower, lying about fixing drywall tape that wasn’t properly adhered, and putting in a light switch that controls nothing in a brand new home. I'm happy to recommend K construction. They've done relatively straightforward jobs such as replacing a sliding glass door and all my interior doors; insulating, rocking, and painting my garage. More recently they remodeled a bathroom, which turned out lovely. For each project, the crew was skilled, knowledgeable, and listened to me, which was greatly appreciated.
