Garrick and Brittany were the biggest advocates for me and my insurance claim. I cannot recommend enough how communicative and knowledgeable they were. I am forever grateful for both of them and the entire K-Ceps team!

The service manager "Todd" does a most outstanding job in taking care of his customers needs. I have used KCEPS for all my vehicles and have always been very satisfied with their work.

I found this shop after getting into an accident outside of the Johnstown location (Mike the manager at this location was great and pointed me in the direction of the body shop). I could not have picked a better place to have the body work done on my car. Insurance really gave us a hard time and the body shop was very supportive in communication with not only us, but our insurance company as well. We worked closely with Chuck and Rachel.
