This is hands down the best vehicle repair service center around. The staff are dedicated to giving you the absolute best service at every step of the process. They take care of EVERYTHING. I got my car back and the repairs are flawless. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Very professional, I had a break down on my way to work, they managed to fit me in and get my truck fixed same day. They were fair and did top quality work. I used to run a car shop for many years, have since left that industry but given my experience and expertise in this field I HIGHLY recommend choosing K-Ceps to my parents, friends and extended family. They are GREAT!
I drove into town from Cleveland to visit my family. While I was out shopping with my mom and four month old daughter my tire plummeted to a pressure of 6. We called KCeps and they immediately got us in and found a nail in my tire. It was fixed in less than 20 minutes and we were on our way. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful and super friendly. They made a stressful situation a total breeze and I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend!
My experience has been so negative, that I cannot even give it a positive point, only -2 − 3! They are professionally quite unscrupulous and dishonest, in my case, first they said that it would take 3 weeks before they can even look at the car for an estimate, when I arranged going to another place and called them saying that I will move the car to another shop, they quickly reassembled the car and told me that the car is already being worked on!! Would charge me around $1,000 for a car wash and a mysterious prescreening! I ... read more
