Faulty car from day one spent so much money on the vehicle I purchased
I originally gave a 5 star due to the help and me not realising the sheer number of issues with the car. So I bought a 3 series off them, and they were genuinely friendly, nice, helpful salesmen. I thought nothing more and the day I drove it off I got about 20 minutes in when the first red flag hit. Straight away I had a check engine light appear next to a drivetrain. Miserable pair of salesmen
Visited K-carz in search of a new to us car and although we didn’t purchase the vehicle I wanted to commend this company on their customer service, great communication, not at all pushy and gave us plenty of time and 2 test drives to get to our decision. Nothing wrong with the vehicle but I think on driving a car we thought we wanted it helped us determine we needed something a little bigger. Thanks K-cars.
