Brought my lawnmower in 1 day ago as it wouldn’t start. Just picked it up today and started with one pull. Great service and pricing. Friendly staff and love their dogs
I've been using KC Service for a couple of years now and have found great satisfaction with them. The people are always friendly and up-front, competent, and willing to take the time to explain or suggest things going forward. This is clearly a service-oriented business who understands how important that service is. Plus the resident dogs are very cool. :-) Over the years they've repaired chain saws, lawn edgers, and most recently a power washer. I have no complaints about them.
Called today 4/23/25 at 12:30 to tell them I snapped a throttle cable. Was 15 minutes away and was told to come by and they would fix it (they had the correct part). Told them it was an emergency, and within ten minutes was fixed up and on my way back to the job. Can’t say enough good words about the crew! Knowledgeable and hard working. Would definitely recommend them for any and all of your small engine and landscaping gear sales and service…. Fantastic cant say it enough….
My ride on lawnmower stopped working,I do some basic maintenance so I was able to figure out that most likely the engine had broken internal components. I called about possible repairs and when I explained the issue I was put on the phone with the owner who agreed about the diagnosis and said it would be pointless to bring it to him because the cost to repair would be more than my lawnmower. I had a Troybuilt power washer that was given to me, it didn’t work and I had repaired at K C repair shop 2021 or 2022, it needed a carburetor as I was told. They ordered it, repaired it an my power washer work fantastic. I used once an an when Fall came I put in the solution for winterized the carburetor an fuel line. I haven’t started the power washer for 3 to 4 years. Today May 6th 2024 it was started up with no problems. K C Mechanics does great work Thank you
