KC Screen just replaced some pool screen panels for us. They answered the call right away, gave us a timeline of when they would get to us. (afternoon thunderstorms can delay their work). They were able to be here earlier than expected, called the night before with an hour an a half window of arriving, 9:30-11:00. They were here at 10:00.
