left us hi and dry. they closed the doors, didn't notify long time customers. they still have a website as if they were open for business... they're not. call and they ask you to leave a msg on voice mail promising a return call- never came. 3x. sent emails- none were responded to. left a detailed msg with their answering service pleading for a call back... never happened. I had purchase oil from Mercerville Oil for a number of years so when KC took over Mercerville Oil customers, I went along. I was a pleasant experience up until last month. I sent an order from the website, did not get a confirmation so I called. This is what I was told, we are not scheduling deliveries to your area, we are still looking for a driver! WHAT!!
