4/30/2018 Took my Honda Odyssey into KC Martin transmission to have it rebuilt due to torque converter lock up issues. They called me Friday afternoon to tell me they performed a courtesy inspection on my vehicle and was told my timing belt had skipped two to three teeth and had a code for the cam sensors PO344 and PO341 no signal. I have been a long-time customer of KC Martin Automotive (well over 20 years), and I have nothing but good things to say about them! They have always treated me with respect (even though when it comes to cars I'm downright dumb!). As a single mom, I was unable to replace my old heap, but they kept it running for years .. long enough for me to get a bit ahead and get a newer vehicle. In the past, I have considered this shop the best in the area, but I will not be bringing any vehicles back to them. I was treated worse than a second rate customer by these guys. When I contacted them about scheduling my transmission swap, I asked about leaving it over the weekend. I was told that if I left it for them to start on Monday morning, that it would be locked inside their bay over the weekend.
