Over charges customers as wanted £400 for a job. Because I was from out of the area, where as my own garage were only charging me £250 for the job. Be aware of garages like this and look around for the best deals and avoid getting ripped off and over charged by people like these.

An absolutely appalling experience – without doubt the worst garage in Oswestry. They claim to fix one problem but end up damaging something else, leaving you worse off than before. When I challenged them, the staff and the owner were unbelievably arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. No apology, no accountability, just attitude and excuses. I've had a lovely recent interaction with these guys. Straight dealing - opposite of the stereotype. Richard approached me on the Monday of my autotrader advert with an offer, professionally introducing himself. I counter offered with a slight difference but he stood on his ground. I was okay with that firstly because the original offer wasn't too bad, secondly this gave me the reason to not allow any renegotiation at viewing. Avoid this garage!. Took my car there with a suspected coolant leak they were unsure if the water pump was leaking but I decided to have the water pump as well as cam belt changed as a precaution. The car also had a new sump put on it.The car also had new back brake pads. New brake pads had been put on old discs this is very bad practice and eventually these started to grind and be loud. I just wanted to say huge thanks to K C Jones garage (bought my car from there a few years ago) and have been a customer ever since. They always look after me and their customer service is wonderful. Never feel like I'm being taken advantage of or talked down to like other garages. Really recommend them.
