I absolutely hate giving bad reviews. But I have no choice in this matter. I had been with Paul Houseman for many many years. He passed away and I guess KC Jones bought them. I did not receive any notification that had occurred but I stayed with them. I noticed in the last few years our car insurance sky rocketed. I did not receive any calls or notifications from KC Jones and when I tried to call I could not get ahold of them. Then Grange Insurance canceled our house insurance due to a change in their company.
