KC Heating and Cooling April 2015 we purchased a furnace and had it installed, and the timing, call backs and service was good. Last March 2018 a board went out on the furnace and my husband called the wrong place to have it repaired, we were out of town and he wanted to have it repaired. Then on January 12, 2020 our furnace is having issues again. My husband called KC Heating and cooling, and here it is January 14, 2020 2 days later 5 messages left and not 1 call back. This is truly unacceptable. We have no heat.
