My recent visit to KC Beaty Mart in Lorton, VA, was highly unsatisfactory. When I tried to photograph a hair product for research, the owner reacted defensively and forbade it. This unwelcoming interaction, combined with the store's limited selection, means I will not be returning. I prefer to shop at the many other beauty supply stores that offer a more pleasant experience.
me and my mom went there and the ladies that work there are rude. they insulted my mom for spending more than 10 min in the store and even called my mom with really bad names. they will not let you touch anything as if you are stealing anything
