Super kind, affordable prices
I have came in TWICE specifically for a wig I was interested in. The woman at the counter refused to help me because she was the only one in the store (her coworker was on lunch). Mind you, I did this on my lunch break. The only solution she had for me was to wait for him to come back. We're talking a 30 min wait the first time and 15 minutes today. In what world would this be acceptable? Even the tone in her voice was dismissive. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.
I am giving this place three stars only because the man who I believe is the husband and owner saved the situation and saved my experience. He knows the products, he understands what he is doing, and he takes the time to help. He is not overly friendly, but he is professional and he does his job. Little expensive
Its a smaller shop compared to others yes it does have a more limited selection , but not in a way to ruin your experience….. what they do have in store is a decent selection, more than enough ( sometimes the beauty stores are too crowded with too many options ) so I personally enjoy how clean & organized the store is. Also , ( the man & woman , I assume husband & wife ) are really sweet people, very helpful and she always takes the time to walk with me and talk about my plan for next hairstyles.
