Little expensive
Its a smaller shop compared to others yes it does have a more limited selection , but not in a way to ruin your experience….. what they do have in store is a decent selection, more than enough ( sometimes the beauty stores are too crowded with too many options ) so I personally enjoy how clean & organized the store is. Also , ( the man & woman , I assume husband & wife ) are really sweet people, very helpful and she always takes the time to walk with me and talk about my plan for next hairstyles. The man that works at this store is fine but the lady is so rude. We give this place business and she is always so rude to my friend and I. I ask to see stuff behind the glass and if I don’t make up my mind in 2 seconds she starts talking in her language to her coworker and I clearly know it’s about me bc she snatched it and put it back even tho I was about to tell her I wanted to take it. My recent visit to KC Beaty Mart in Lorton, VA, was highly unsatisfactory. When I tried to photograph a hair product for research, the owner reacted defensively and forbade it. This unwelcoming interaction, combined with the store's limited selection, means I will not be returning. I prefer to shop at the many other beauty supply stores that offer a more pleasant experience.
me and my mom went there and the ladies that work there are rude. they insulted my mom for spending more than 10 min in the store and even called my mom with really bad names. they will not let you touch anything as if you are stealing anything
