Awful customer service! I came in just to buy an edge brush but I know they usually have a limit when using card so I decided to look around the store to see what else I can buy. No help, just stares. Was looking that the make up and they would just watch and start talking to each other in they’re language and I had my AirPods on so I put the translate lol and they were saying all kinds of rude things about my every little move and about my toddler who was touching one of the concealers which I put back and walked right out.... read more
Please find another beauty supply store to shop at. As someone who is new to the area, this was my first time visiting your store. While I was browsing, a man repeatedly came into the aisle where I was shopping, appearing to straighten items. When I walked to the front of the store, he immediately followed and positioned himself there as well. The experience made me feel as though I was being watched rather than welcomed as a customer. Super kind, affordable prices
I have came in TWICE specifically for a wig I was interested in. The woman at the counter refused to help me because she was the only one in the store (her coworker was on lunch). Mind you, I did this on my lunch break. The only solution she had for me was to wait for him to come back. We're talking a 30 min wait the first time and 15 minutes today. In what world would this be acceptable? Even the tone in her voice was dismissive. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.
