I have had two experiences with KC automotive, and neither have been favorable. While they have completed the repairs I needed, the level of customer service they choose to provide is regrettable at best. Additionally, they have failed to stick to their estimates both times I have worked with them, and in both cases, did not even bother telling me until the work was already done. The Best Most Reliable and Honest Auto Repair – These guys are the best! I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was having fuel pump type problems. Another auto repair shop told me it they would "have" to replace my fuel pump for "approximately" $700.00 but it would not be a guaranteed fix because the fuel pump test wasn't definite. KC Auto Rocks! – My husband passed away 3 years ago and I've been dreading the moment when I would have to take one of our vehicles in to be repaired, simply because you hear all the horror stories of how people get ripped off by mechanics. After some research, i went with KC Auto and I'm so glad I did! Prices were very reasonable, the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. My Dad used to be a mechanic and he says, if you find a good, honest mechanic, stick with them! I intend to.

honest, reliable, fair, friendly – I wonder if momof476 was having a bad day; I've been going to KC for years and they have been nothing but honest, reliable, fair, AND friendly; I've only ever had GREAT customer service; they are the most trustworthy mechanics I've ever had;
