Had these folks out to do some pool maintenance and install a new pool light. Three years later, light stops working. When I called to have it fixed (and I expected to pay going rate since it was out of warranty) they said I was out of their service area. So in service area to buy but not to stand behind their work. Really poor.
So getting a swimming pool and being on a budget but wanting something for your family to have fun in throughout the summer is a really big decision I was highly disappointed in knowing that I wanted a 24-foot pool but also on a budget I was told that the water had to come from a company that I would have to get the water delivered in trucks and it was $600 per truck my daughter bought a 24 ft swimming pool and I regret so much not going somewhere else where they could help me find my dream pool when my daughter bought her p... read more
…..just wanted to reiterate fabulous customer service and responsiveness, thank you! K Built have been managing my pool for several years now and I am very happy with their service. Today I called with a pool issue and they came same day to fix 😊 - huge shout out to Donna and the team, and to Brad who talked me through the issue and the fix he implemented, much appreciated!
