Slow to respond when you call and have a leak. I don't own a giant pool and a leak in my pool is significant. I called on a Saturday when they state they are open,(10 to 1) no one answered or called back. I called on Monday and explained my leak was shooting water where the fitting goes into my sand filter. I turned off my pump due to the leak. I am now at Thursday and crickets. I called again on Thursday and they came out to see the issue. I'm grateful for the follow up with the tech. Not very helpful... went in for help setting up a new hot tub i purchased of line (wanted to buy some chemicals and get a general starting direction) but the lady either didn't know anything or she didn't believe i had a hot tub. Either way I left with nothing, no products no knowledge, nothing. Anyways trusty old YouTube got me up and rolling, enjoying it every night now. : )
