After extensive water damage, USAA referred us to K-Berger. They came immediately, dried out and took out what was needed and were very polite. When the claim settlement came in, Christy came over to explain everything, ask questions, and such. She got back to me with perfect communication and always very timely. She should go out first!! She is so thorough!! Her team, Eric and Allen were AWESOME! very polite, very thourough and thoughtful in their communications. We have used this company a few times with no major issues. This time will be the last!The project manager doesn't communicate, doesn't tell us the plans and waits till the last minute to call and want to come first thing the next morning. We asked they communicate and not wait till last minute to make arrangements to be here. We will not use them again! I will be sure to tell our insurance company how they are doing as well.
K. Berger a.k.a. cheese berger, was suggested to me by my insurance company after I received a high estimate from another contractor. I have never had to do an insurance claim before so I told them I was new to this. Big mistake. First thing they did was leaving off items and not even measuring off an entire room. Not once did they ever ask me what kind of material to put back up. They just rolled in with what they had and started putting it up. THIS IS HOW YOUR GUY DID HIS ROOF INSPECTION WHY THE HELL WOULD I HIRE YOU!!!! DID"NT EVEN TAKE ONE STEP ON THE ROOF ,,HE LOOKED UP FROM THE CURB ,AND TOLD ME THAT THE WATER DAMAGE WAS NOT FROM THE ROOF,,,
