My home and property sustained damage from Hurricane Sally in 2020... due to the Pandemic the fact that almost everyone in the area suffered damage from Hurricane Sally and severe price gouging of the market on the whole, I decided to slap a tarp on the roof and wait things out a bit. Tonya at K. Berger Construction made multiple commitments to tarp our roof and delivered on none. I highly do not recommend this company. She dismissed her failed commitments stating no rain in forecast & you will be top on list. None true. It rained several times since she mentioned that & no show by the company. Short review: STAY AWAY! This has been the most unprofessional company we’ve ever dealt with in any capacity in the Pensacola area. Long review: Our home was damaged by Hurricane Sally on September 16th. They came out and put a tarp on the roof, boarded up two windows, and cut up a fallen tree in the backyard and moved it to the front yard. They were here maybe two hours tops. My family had a very rough experience with K Berger Construction being unresponsive over home repairs due to Hurricane Sally, so I would personally recommend to anyone who is thinking about letting them touch your home that you consider other options, especially for emergency repairs. That includes if they have been recommended to you by your insurance company, as was the case with us.
