I called to make an appointment and Paula was quick, kind, and accommodating, working around my availability with ease. For anyone visiting for the first time: when you enter the Venus Salons building, turn right, then turn right again into the second hallway to find her suite #37. Upon arrival, Paula had me fill out an intake form that thoughtfully asked about things like breakout frequency and whether I prefer light or firm pressure for the massages, which I really appreciated. K Beauty Lab is amazing! I’ve had acne for a long time and nothing really worked, but after coming here my skin has gotten so much clearer. The products are super gentle and actually make a difference without feeling harsh. It’s also very comfortable and welcoming too, which makes the whole experience even better.
