After several visits to K Bean and talking to Paul, I now own a WPM Konos Grinder and a WPM Primus Espresso Machine. To say I'm ecstatic about the performance of this duo would be a gross understatement. I'm creating coffee quality well beyond what you could buy in any cafe. I'm one very happy camper.

Purchased a coffee machine and grinder this weekend from Paul and it was an excellent experience. Paul was quick to respond to our request online. He was patient in store, didnt rush us and answered all our questions thoroughly. We didnt know a lot about making good coffee but with Paul's help choosing the machine and grinder and explaining all the steps we are making great coffees at home from day 1. Thanks Paul, couldn't recommend K Bean more.

Great experience with kbean! Service was friendly and genuinely helpful, no pushy sales stuff, and the price was better than what I'd seen elsewhere. Really happy with my new coffee machine and how easy the whole process was.
