Ordered a profitec go and niche zero online and it was a really speedy delivery and everything came perfect. Very happy with it all and the communication from Paul even when we was in Geneva!
My wife and I had private appointment with Liam and had a great experience. He was knowledgeable and gave great advice on what to purchase, without making us feel pressured. Really appreciated the relaxed approach. Ended up with a great deal that bundled the Profitec Drive coffee machine and Turin DF83 grinder, and accessories together. Highly recommend.
Not impressed with this blokes ethics. Advertises demo's that don't exist, but 'I can offer a new one $100 more if you buy before xx date'. Then BEFORE that date it's $200 on top of that! I had bought other accompanying stuff on the strength of his offer. Wants paying in cash (tax dodging?)*. Might be a nice guy in person (only going by other reviews), but not impressed with the bait n switch tactics. * later - he has explained the cash thing, but the price did rise $300 from what was in the ad.
Exceptional level of service. Paul has been fabulous and I am one happy customer. Highly recommend KBean.
