Lost my $20,000 deposit to Pulte , as the market changed and affordability changed. The sales people at pulte offered no options, like transferring it to a less expensive build or anything. So if you want to lose you h are earned money; try doing business with Pulte. Never again for us.
After being in my home for 2 years, I haven't had any issues with the house. Everything works and we aren't having any issues. Many neighbors from another builder have had recurring issues. My only complaint is that my sod has been a formidable challenge. If that's as bad as it gets, I'll take it!
Constructed new home from Pulte in Tampa, FL in year 2022 and on very 1st day of move in, found waterfalls from air vents as it was raining out side. Later found, they missedout on attachment between pipes on the roof. Found many cabinets contaminated. In 7 days of cloasing, found one roof attachment to draining pipe-blew away and cotton packaging started to blow out.
