I was supposed to have an appointment with him at 11 am today 2/16/23 but nobody was in office when I got there. This is second time that has happened to me. I had already waited longer than my 6 months because of trouble scheduling. When I called, I could not get ahold of a real person but had to leave a message but some other man tried to come to office and said he had tried to call but they didn't return calls. Whenever I do see him, I have to pry everything I can out of him because he does not volunteer much information
