Never called back
Called on a Monday and they answered the phone with just a "hello" asked if it was k & b and they said "yes who's this"... after this was told he would call me the following day to let me know if he would be out Wednesday or Thursday. Never called never showed. Heard after this was a pretty common issue with them.
