The owner and his sons had great customer service and professionalism. Communication was great and they fixed my transmission issue in two days. My transmission broke apart from the mount cuz I had too much weight on my sprinter van. But they suggested a pill place for me to stay until the job was done.
Robert and his team are GREAT! Extremely honest. Very affordable and we're extremely accommodating. My house it's 40 miles from the shop and he knew I was in a motel, he got the job done very quickly. Back again 10/20/23
Our 2008 Honda Accord broke down in Hatch NM. We got it towed to K B transmission and general service and thankfully Robert said he could get to it the next day! We were only in town for 2 days and thank God it wasn't anything major but Robert was able to get it fixed up before we had to head back to northern new mexico. a thousands thank yous!!!
Had truck trouble 20 miles from Deming NM on a Saturday after they closed. Was able to limp into town about 230 pm. They said they’d stay til we got into town. Ran diagnostics for me, unfortunately I wasn’t able to leave it with them but they directed me to a towing company that agreed to take us 200 miles home. I really appreciate the help and if I wasn’t so far away I’d have left it with them to fix and come back for it.
I was passing through when my transmission started to slip. He stopped what he was doing and helped me get back on the road in no time.
