These people are criminals. They were prosecuted by the Attorney General in 2007 for committing fraud, stealing homeowners money, not performing work and the list goes on. They are filing for bankruptcy YET again. I suggest any and all of you who have had an issue with William and Carmela Briguglio or Richard Tolomeo, the third party in their “company” file a complaint with the Attorney General and dept of consumer affair stat. They should be in prison.
I am an interior designer, unfortunately , I hired K&B Home Solutions for my projects I should have read the extensive reviews that state what a horrible company this is i lost customers and money because of their incompetence. They only care about selling you the job and they’re good at that. Our company was hired to install spray foam insulation on one of there projects and we never received payment. They took payment from homeowner and never paid us for doing the spray foam job. Gave us the runaround for a couple of years paid us crumbs out of the thousands of dollars owed and now looks like they're trying to file bankruptcy and totally rip us off. Very unprofessional as we were a new company starting up and got ripped off by this company. Homeowner beware because they do not pay their contractors.
K&B Homes was a pleasure to work with on our exterior and kitchen renovations. The work crews were neat and polite, everything went smoothly. Bill, Carmela and Stano accurately communicated the work plan each week, and kept us apprised on any delays. Highly recommend!
K&B Home Solutions was hire to do renovation of my kitchen, bathrooms and mudroom. I’m very happy with the results. Throughout the renovation process I was getting weekly updates regarding the work being done in my house. Communication process with Bill and Carmela was prompt. They are professional and their work is neat and of quality. I would recommend them to my friends.
