Meet the CEO and Son nice people . They have many property’s , Some great fixer uppers. His son seams very honest . They used to try to help to get you into a place. Now it very different and only If you qualify but the CEO is very cheap doesn’t like to fix things on s timely manner unless its an upmost emergency .
