I literally cannot say enough good things about K & B Autoworks. Every time I have an issue with my Mercedes, they quickly diagnose the issue, fix it without any trouble at all, and get my car back to me in an extremely timely manner. They’re so quick, proficient, professional, the list goes on. Not to mention the most fair pricing and the nicest guys. Seriously would not trust my car in anyone else’s hands.
Since I moved from Ohio to CT I have tried multiple private shops including the local dealership in an effort to find a shop that actually know what they are doing, how to make a correct diagnose on a 2017 BMW & fix any issue is wrong with my car. K&B replaced an engine in my 2001 BWM E39 … did a great job, great communication and three months later I can say I am very pleased. Owner is a great guy.
