I have been using K & B since the early 2000’s. Most recently I had my car towed there after my clutch basically disintegrated. I was shocked when they called the following afternoon that it was ready. They replaced the clutch, master cylinder and replaced a ball joint that was just about to cause me more issues. Beware. These people think you won’t notice, but they will remove newer condition/better/working items from your VW while it is in their “shop” and put something older on your car. They do part swapping(steal from your car to put the nicer part on the next car, and then charge the customer with your new part for the service). I used to take my car there- have found 2 instances of theft, who knows what else I missed. I purchased a VW Bus that was worked on solely by K&B Auto with records. Turns out they used spray foam and Bondo to cover rust, which atleast was approved by the Previous owner, and have also stolen parts and items out of vehicles they service! Found out the bus was for sale because a worker walked into a shop wearing a shirt he explicitly said he took out of this bus. I've been warned by many to stay away myself, due to sketchy work/repairs. If you need someone to work on a VW I'd recommend somewhere else.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I purchased a VW Bus that was worked on solely by K&B Auto with records. One invoice showed $4,000 in "bodywork". Turns out they used spray foam and Bondo to cover rust, overcharged for many simple services, and have also stolen parts and items out of vehicles they service! If you need someone to work on a VW go somewhere else, any where else.

My friend (very knowledgeable about VWs) told me about this place, I bought my Jetta from here and I love that car! Got some work done here too, they were professional and I was very happy with the services provided. Definitely recommend if you've got a VW.
