Ken is an honest guy who will only fix what needs to be fixed. He will give you his professional advice, However he listens to the customer. Great guy. Will use him in the future.
When I called, I got the honest truth. When I called the mechanic said I’d have to rebuild the transmission and he said for that car it’s cost more than what the car's worth. Appreciate the honesty, I’ll always take my cars here
Amazing customer service. Talked to a service mechanic on the phone and informed me about recalls on car and provided me a breakdown of price for service. People often talk about mechanics trying to rip off customer but from what I experienced this place actually cares. I have some food for thought and was thanked for calling their establishment. Good customer service is so hard to find these days.
