Glad I found K & B. As a first time customer I am fully satisfied. Cameron, the technician that installed my new windshield was very kind, thorough and quick. I'm a Jeep shop in Mesa, I've had LOTS of windshields, maybe hundreds by now, replaced here in Arizona. While K&B was great in the past, they are now just like every other cut and run glass company. I recently had K&B out to do two Jeeps. Well, on the first one, they miss cut the exterior moulding by almost an inch, and instead of a new moulding, they elected to paint the difference, AND chip the paint on the Jeep. Zero stars In my experience with John Q I expressed my urgency in wanting the shattered window and plastic piece replaced as well as front wind shield asap. Because of a recommendation I received I decided to go with K&B "although it was 200 over my last on the windshield repair." I would take my car to K & B anytime, excellent customer service!
They did a great job on my windshield and took care of the insurance claim. They even showed up to do the work while the car dealer had it in for service.
