Not a good experience at all charged almost 50% more than the price quote on the phone ,spent the whole day waiting for what should have been a thirty min job told me to come back the next day to finished the job and wasn't even open when I got there and didn't have the tool they claimed was overnight delivery.When I checked amazon the tool was six bucks and amazon only delivered overnight on orders $25 or more so either they lied or didn't read what they order said correctly.Came back again the next morning to a closed shop... read more
Fair price! Shows me the problem, gets them fixed the same day! 10/10 recommend
I am now living in NC. However k&w auto is hands down the best auto repair center in New York city. It's difficult to find honest, efficient, knowledgeable and fair priced shop. 5 stars are not good enough rating for that establishment.
Everyone was so kind …. Very professional. Compassionate about the business. Honest and does great work !!!! I’m glad I found them !!!
